This(paracetamol tablets) medication is used to reduce mild to moderate pain (headache, body ache, menstrual pain, toothache, back pain, osteoarthritis, or cold / flu) and reduce fever.
How to use the Paracetamol tablet
Paracetamol is also known as acetaminophen. There are several brands and forms available. These come from different brand names and their quantity is also different. Every dosage instructions should be read carefully before taking medicine because the amount of acetaminophen can be different between the products. Acetaminophen should not take more than recommended dose.
If you are giving acetaminophen to the child, make sure you use a product that is for children. Use your child’s weight to find the right dose on the product package. If you do not know your child’s weight, then you can use his age.
Shake the medicines before each dose. Follow all the instructions on medicine wrappers. To make sure that you have the right dose, use only the dose-measuring spoon / dropper with a liquid medicine measurement. Do not use domestic spoons.
Pain medicines work best if they are used as first signs of pain. If you wait for symptoms to get worse, then medication can not work too.
Do not take this medicine for a fever for more than 3 days, until it is directed by your doctor. For adults, do not take this product for more than 10 days (5 days for children) until your product has been prescribed by your doctor. Side effects of paracetamol

There is no such reaction from this medicine, but still after you take it itching / swelling (especially on the face / tongue / throat) or severe dizziness, there is trouble in breathing. So show it to a doctor immediately.
